Holy Trinity Church is available to hire for musical evenings, concerts, presentations and other events. The building is light and airy with excellent acoustics and good sight-lines. Chairs, rather than traditional pews give greater flexibility as to seating arrangements. The Church can comfortably accommodate 300 plus people.
1. Contact the Revd. Alan Williams 01384-394057 to see if the Church is available on your proposed date.
2. Download the Hire Agreement forms.
3. Complete, sign and return both copies of the form together with your payment to the Hon. Treasurer.
4. The Hirer copy of the form will be returned to you showing that the booking has been accepted.
How to hire
Hire Charges
1). Flat fee of £70.00 (which is not returnable)
2). 10% of ticket sales (payable within 7 days after the hire date)
3). Any additional fees (as listed in the hire agreement) for the use of Organ, keyboard etc.
4). A security deposit cheque for £100 which will be returned within 14 days after the hire if all conditions are met.
Charges for purely Charitable Organisations will be different and at the discretion of the P.C.C.
